If you run a business you should be asking for feedback. I've been guilty myself of not asking for feedback enough. Here are the reasons you should be asking for feedback

If you don't ask for feedback, you will likely do something wrong without knowing it. If you don't know what I mean, well lets say you never ask for feedback when creating a company landing page. The longer you go without asking for feedback on that landing page, the more likely you're creating a shitty landing page without realizing it. Like really.
So now that you have an idea of why its important, lets dive in.
You will not get any better at what you're doing
Unless you want to always suck at what you doing, ask for feedback. If you don't, you will not be getting anywhere. This is bad as you likely want to get better at what your doing. So don't go down that path.
People will likely hate what you are doing
Like seriously, people will hate what you're doing and you likely wont know until its too late. You've spent hours on that company landing page and well, everyone hates it. And now that everyone hates it, you have to do even more work than you planned on. If you have a deadline, than good luck.
You will basically not get anywhere
Yes, this is very true. You will get absolutely no where unless you ask for feedback. So dont be that person who doesn't ask for feedback, as you will suck at what your doing forever as we mentioned earlier.
